1 Avocado
1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
1 Cup Milk (any kind)
Dash Cayenne
Dash Salt, if desired
1/2 Cup Sunflower Microgreens
1/4 Cup Basil Microgreens
1 Tablespoon Honey
